This "space" is provided by one of the contributors to Not For Sale (D. A. Clarke) and is envisioned as an extension of the publishing project, a way to keep extending, updating, and enriching the content of the book and to encourage dialogue among readers and contributors. The intention and spirit of this forum is to enhance distribution of the book Not For Sale by enabling discussion and refinement of the critique of commercialised sex presented in the book. This forum makes no claim or promise to be "objective" or "unbiased," or to give "equal time to all points of view." Those wishing to express antifeminist, pro-pornography, pro-prostitution, anti-Spinifex, or similar sentiments are welcome to create their own mailing lists, fora, web sites, etc. A great deal of public and private space is already dedicated to the promotion of prostitution and pornography. This space is dedicated to critiquing those industries.
In order to maintain a "safe" and civil environment for discussion, the forum will be moderated, and minimal registration (email address) may be required for posting. Spinifex Press neither controls nor endorses the content of this blog and/or forum.
